
ZunoTales is an AI-powered storytelling platform designed to help children learn through personalized stories, interactive experiences, and engaging educational content. The client had a clear vision but was unable to launch their iOS app due to technical and compliance challenges related to Apple's ecosystem.
The client approached us when their iOS application was stuck and unable to go live on the App Store. Key challenges included In-App Purchases (IAP) not implemented correctly, no setup for auto-renewable subscriptions, repeated App Store rejections due to guideline violations, missing Sign in with Apple (a mandatory Apple requirement), and confusion with App Store Connect configuration. These issues prevented the app from being approved and published.
We implemented a secure and seamless authentication system including Sign in with Apple (required for App Store compliance), Google Login integration, and email-based signup and login with a complete backend authentication flow. This ensured a smooth onboarding experience and full compliance with Apple's policies.
To simplify subscription management, we integrated RevenueCat and configured the full IAP system — including auto-renewable subscription setup, product creation in App Store Connect, pricing tiers and subscription groups, purchase validation and lifecycle management, and sandbox testing and debugging. This provided a stable and scalable monetization system ready for growth.
We resolved all technical and compliance issues by fixing rejected builds, correcting App Store configuration, and ensuring full adherence to Apple guidelines. We then handled the complete submission process including App Store listing optimization, metadata and descriptions setup, screenshot alignment, and direct communication with the Apple review team — providing continuous support until the app was approved and published.
